Our commitments and limited liability
*Aliments Ange-Gardien prepare their products in a factory specialized and dedicated, in which: peanuts, nuts, eggs, or dairy products can not be found. In addition, audits of their suppliers and detection tests of allergens in their factory are on schedule. Pacini for his part, developed specific and strict standards in both kitchen and dining room in order to minimize the risk of cross contamination. Including presenting the dishes sealed and not to be brought back in the kitchen if is opened by the client (for example if is heated). However, despite all precautions, the risk of cross contamination, although minimal, might exist.
Also, we recommend our guests with allergies to always wear their epinephrine injector. We cannot be held responsible for any incidents, damages, directly or indirectly related to the consumption of a product identified as free of allergens.
