Pacini’s menu is a succession of dishes, each one as appetizing as another, including some truly unique and exclusive foods. With no artificial trans fats, they are naturally exceptional. There are pasta dishes for every taste, always cooked al dente, pizzas brushed with olive oil and cooked according to a specific Pacini process that prevents the emergence of artificial trans fat, tender and delicious Italian grills, and extraordinary desserts. Pacini takes care of you

At Pacini, we take your health to heart and we want to help in your efforts to eat better. We are the first restaurant chain to support the Melior Program, which aims to improve the food supply in Quebec. Also, we are the first chain in Canada to eliminate all artificial trans fats from its menus. And, starting June 4, 2012, Pacini will offer allergen-free dishes and a gluten-free menu. Lastly, you can replace any of our pastas with whole wheat penne.

 

Bread Bar™

We offer you 4 types of breads to grill on our Bread Bar™: Sesame, White, Brown or Multigrain. Our own delicious margarines come in 3 flavour variations: Garlic, Tomato & Basil and Pesto. Pacini bottled water

 

Pacini has equipped all its restaurants with water purification and filtration systems. Every location can offer you fully filtered regular water or carbonated water free of charge, and served in reusable glass bottles.

 

A menu with no artificial trans fats

From appetizers to desserts, including the Délicerise™, Pacini eliminated all artificial trans fats from its menu in October 2005. This enormous task, in which more than 200 ingredients were reviewed, was conducted in collaboration with the clinical nutrition and cardiology experts at CHUM.
