Marco’s latest album
On October 5, Marco Calliari launched his album Al Faro Est at Pacini on Saint-Denis in Montreal. Marco says that this album is a kind of travelogue where he tells the stories of people he met traveling the world, influenced by the world music he heard at the places he visited.
The album features only original compositions, except for a cover of a song from Tuscany. Half of this album was composed in Quebec’s Gaspé, the place where Marco feels closest to Italy.

Quebec-born of Italian origin and former metal rocker, Marco Calliari decided to reconnect with his native culture during a trip to Italy. Guitarist and singer-songwriter, he now has three solo albums, including the new Al Faro Est. Truly dynamic on stage, Marco’s music and his joie de vivre get the audience going at all of his performances!
