For 2012, the chain reported sales almost 5 % higher than the previous year. What’s more, our growth has been steady since 2000, going from nearly $25 million to more than $40 million in 2012.

In 2005, Pacini was the first restaurant chain in Canada to eliminate artificial trans fats from its menu. In a similar vein, Pacini made a commitment in 2012 to providing options for people with food allergies or intolerances, while improving the nutritional value of its menu items. In addition, thanks to the water filtration system that has been installed in its restaurants since 2008, Pacini guests can order still or carbonated filtered water for free in reusable bottles.
Pacini has unique expertise in managing and operating restaurants. Pacini established the Pacini Culinary Academy in Bassano del Grappa in Veneto, where employees, partners and customers have participated in training sessions to enhance their knowledge of Italian culture and cuisine.
In many of its restaurants, Pacini offers an Italian supermarket that showcases Pacini products and several Italian imports. This addition to the concept allows for better profitability and adds to the chain’s Italian character.
Pacini has incorporated a wine bar that allows guests to discover a wide variety of wines by the glass. We also offer a wine-tasting menu, consisting of three 90 ml tasting glasses. In addition, to enhance the authentic Italian experience, we have integrated a multimedia environment that allows our guests to travel to Italy and enjoy our employees' and customers' visits.
