Submission of franchise agreement
At this point, you should get advice from a lawyer about the franchise contract and its liabilities. You must also be able to demonstrate your ability to invest, to release the necessary cash when needed and to obtain a conditional prefinancing advance from lending institutions.
We also ask you to meet members of the Pacini team at an orientation day in Montreal. We will encourage and help you to contact our franchisees to discuss your business project. Finally, we will hold one last meeting with you to finalize your application.
With the help of real estate professionals, we will select the future site and negotiate the terms of an acceptable lease offer conditional to your involvement in the project.
With the signed offer, you validate the provision of funding with the financial projections you have developed with us. Plans will be initiated to develop the specifications in order to obtain the final estimates from the contractors.
The franchise agreement will be signed and you will make the following payment to us:
Franchise fee: $50,000
The lease is then signed and you give the landlord the required deposits. Contracts for construction and equipment purchases will be signed and awarded. You must pay the deposit necessary to continue the project.
Our contractors will build the restaurant.
We will plan and conduct your training with you and your team.
We will arrange with you the launch of your restaurant.
