The franchisee is trained for 8 to 12 weeks, depending on previous skills, which includes the following topics:

Marketing and advertising
Pacini’s advertising fund is built with contributions from every franchisee (4% of sales). In consultation with a duly elected committee of franchisees, this fund supports communication campaigns that target our clients, ensuring brand development and strong customer loyalty. It is also standard that each franchisee forecasts a budget of at least 0.5% to 1%, depending on the objectives, for local promotions. Recognizing the importance of integrating locally, Pacini has also developed a special program to better support the efforts of advertising and promoting each franchise locally. This program (voted in every year) gives you extraordinary leverage to retain your local customers.
Starting in 2010, all franchisees are now connected to an Intranet developed for Pacini to maximize information dissemination and maintain norms and standards. With this tool, it is even easier to manage your restaurant.
