Pierre Marc Tremblay, MBA, President and CEO
With a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Masters in Project Management from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), Pierre Marc has more than 20 years of expertise in commercial and financial companies, as well as organizational development, human resources management, marketing, communications and project management. He has served as Pacini President and CEO since 2000. In 2004, he acquired the company and, in 2006, he acquired Commensal S.E.C.
Nathalie Lehoux, Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer
Working for over 20 years in administrative management and accounting, Nathalie has developed an expertise in financial management. With Pacini since 2002, she has put her talents to work on many projects, such as during Pacini's acquisition of Commensal S.E.C.
Christian Champagne, Executive Vice-President
With 20 years service at Pacini, Christian has a passion for restaurant operations. A graduate of ITHQ, he has occupied every operational position within the chain. Christian also serves on the boards of major associations, such as the Conseil des chaînes de restaurants du Québec, the Conseil des ressources humaines en tourisme and the Conseil Québécois de la franchise.
Daniel Dion, Vice-President Procurement and Construction
Daniel has more than 30 years experience in procurement and supply for the food distribution and restaurant businesses. Daniel has worked at Pacini since 2001.
Lafleche Francoeur, Director of Business Development
Lafleche has over 20 years of restaurant industry experience, including eight as training director for a breakfast chain. He was a key member of the company, helping it expand its national network to over 100 franchises. In 2012 he joined the Pacini team as director of business development.
Frédérick St-Aubin, Executive Chef
With a degree in restaurant management, Frédéric has more than 15 years of experience in the industry. Returning to Quebec after working in Britain, he worked as a kitchen budget manager for several high-end restaurants in downtown Montreal. He joined Pacini in 2008.
Andréanne Charbonneau, Director of Marketing and Public Relations
A Masters in Marketing from Kingston University in England and with over 14 years of marketing experience, in Canada and Europe, Andréanne joined Pacini in 2011. She provides the organization with a strong expertise in strategy, product development, communication and research.
Marc-André Rivard, Marketing Consultant
Having worked for 25 years as a copywriter and creative director for major Montreal advertising agencies, Marc-André has created campaigns for several food industry giants. A true marketing expert, he has worked with Pacini since 2009.
Claire Boily, Art Director
With academic qualifications in design, photography, administration, and website analysis, Claire was employed by the Caisse Desjardins du Québec for 10 years. At the start of 2013 she joined Pacini, acting as a gatekeeper for the company’s visual branding.
Liette Charest, Director of Restaurants
In the restaurant world for 30 years, Liette worked for the Pizza Hut and Pastificio chains. With Pacini for 22 years, she is responsible for a variety of special projects, such as the wine list, contests, travel and entertainment for restaurant employees. She is also responsible for the first Pacini outside the province of Québec in Calgary, Alberta.
Michel Senez, Director of Restaurants
Michel began his career at the Ramada Inn in 1979. In 1982, he joined Giorgio restaurants as a manager. With Pacini since 1986, he works as office manager, purchasing and catering manager, and manager of our restaurant school.
Linda Picard, Director of Restaurants
Linda was procurement manager for Restaurants Bolvert. She has also contributed to Pierre Marc Tremblay’s turnaround management projects. Since 2000, she has served as a Director of Restaurants at Pacini and is responsible for special projects.
Errol Riverin, Director of RestaurantsErrol has worked in the Québec restaurant field for several years. Alternately a server, manager, director and a restaurant and bar owner, he has developed an expertise in this important sector. He has been with Pacini for three years and focuses on the Quebec City region.
Cynthia Germain, Administrative AssistantWith the company since 2002, Cynthia provides administrative support to Christian Champagne for human resources and restaurant operations.
